Information collected automatically
When you visit GAMPEO, our servers and analytics tools may automatically record:

- Usage data: which games you click on, how long you spend on a page, and which categories you browse

This data is collected in aggregated or anonymised form wherever possible and is never used to identify you personally.

- Operate, maintain, and improve the GAMPEO platform
- Understand how players use the site so we can surface better games and improve navigation

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

GAMPEO embeds games from third-party developers and may use the following external services:
When you interact with an embedded game, the game's host may collect data independently under their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party service you interact with.
5. Data Retention
We retain automatically collected log data for a maximum of 90 days, after which it is deleted or fully anonymised. Emails and contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years unless required by law.
Analytics data is stored in aggregated, non-identifiable form and may be kept indefinitely to understand long-term usage trends.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances

- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

7. Children's Privacy
GAMPEO is a general-audience platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
Parents and guardians who have concerns about the games available on our platform are encouraged to use their browser's parental controls or contact us directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Continued use of GAMPEO after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
